The Social Interest, Equality and Diversity Committee aims to introduce the principles of Adlerian Psychology to diverse groups in our society. The goal is to encourage the practice of mutual respect, equality, encouragement, inclusion and social interest through parenting groups, workshops, providing a space for diverse groups to communicate and develop the sense of belonging and inclusion to create that social interest which can be an integral part of our communities.  The committee encourages social interaction, recognizes and acknowledges that integrating the many diverse groups in the membership will be the key to achieving that diversity is appreciated and valued.  We would love for you to work with us to cultivate social interest, embrace diversity, equality, inclusion and build the Adlerian community.
