George S. Everly, Jr., Ph.D. wrote in an article in Psychology Today that anxiety and excessive stress is a significant factor that can impact happiness and success.  Neuroscience findings such as "Neuroplasticity allows the brain to create functional neurological pathways and networks, as well as to reorganize previously existing pathways and networks in order to create the neurologic infrastructure for virtually every aspect of human behavior".  This can help us better understand stress, anxiety and ways to manage them.  Learn more by Reading This Article.
